With anything, you need to give it time. Your hair will not be thick and full instantly, it has to grow in that way. I lost a lot of hair after having two babies, the hormones made me go bald in several spots! Yikes! I have been taking this for over a year and I will never stop! Love how my hair has finally grown in healthy and full!

These vitamins definitely have a fishy taste, but I didn't purchase them for that. I purchased them to help my hair and fingernails grow back after chemotherapy. . . and these pills are working wonderfully for that. I was bald until last September, and started taking these pills in January. Now I have 6 full inches of hair and my nails are getting stronger and longer every week!!

These pills work wonders for me! I have naturally fine and slow growing hair but after taking these pills regularly my hair has been growing much faster and thicker than usual (from what I can tell from my roots), and also my nails now grow incredibly fast. I do not usually have any skin issues so I can't say that it necessarily improved my skin, but perhaps it helps to keep it clear. One thing I will say about some of the negative reviews is that every body is different. Supplements will not work for everyone but, from what I can tell, these work for a good amount of people! Also please, give it time! You must take these every day for at least a month (again, it may be shorter or longer for others) to see results. They will not work overnight and they will not work if you do not take them regularly. On another note, I did experience a breakout when I was off the pills for a few days. I went on a trip and forgot to pack them. I cannot say that the breakout was definitely related to stopping the pills but since my skin is usually clear that may be the reason. Overall I am so impressed with these; they are the first hair/nails supplement I have used that has actually worked for me. I would definitely recommend trying them. If, after a month of regular usage they do not work, then they probably won't for you. But they are surely worth trying.

I've always had healthy hair, nails and skin & have been on them for slightly over 3 months and my hair is thicker, shinier, overall healthy. My nails are growing quickly and are strong. I've always had problematic skin so I can't really comment on any changes there. Similar to what someone mentioned concerning dying their hair more this is certainly true for me. My hair has been growing like a weed. I love these & will keep repurchasing

These have made a HUGE difference in my hair. My hair has grown so much faster than it normally does and it is thicker, stronger and healthier. I absolutely recommend! I have seen horrible reviews of hairfinity and other kinds of hair growth vitamins, and the products you apply directly smell awful. These are beautiful little shiny pink vitamins that taste a little like raspberry and they WORK! Do it!!
